ABSENTEE BALLOT:

  • If you are unable to attend at this convenient location, please request an Absentee Ballot
  • You can do this by sending your Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Membership Number to
  • Sally M. Avjian, Recording Secretary, MVRS, P.O. Box 365486. , Hyde Park, MA 02136-0009, no later than February 15, 2014
  • All Absentee Ballots must have a return postmark no later than February 22, 2014.
