Thank you all for your support and interest in the trips and activities of your society. The Directors have told me that many have asked for and taken the Waybills to pass out in your areas. This has helped to make this a very good year.

The membership year runs from April 1 – March 31. This year’s membership cards are pink and should have an end date of March 31, 2011. The acknowledgement letter that is sent with your membership cards lists how you are listed on our computer system. If there is a mistake, please let us know so that we can correct our files.

You may wish to save the letter and use it as your next year’s renewal form.

On the front of the Waybill–on the address label – to the right of your name there is a code. In order to receive your 2011 New England RR Calendar, the code next to your name must read either LIFE or M10:

LIFE – means that you are a member for your natural life.

M10 – means that you are a member for the current year April 1, 2010 - March 31, 2011 and will be sent the 2011 New England Railroad Calendar between Thanksgiving and New Year’s.

MAIL – means that you have not been a member for a while, and you will be taken off the rolls unless you wish to renew (see Page 2 of the Waybill for details).

If you think that there is a mistake in your code, please let us know immediately – REMEMBER - If you join more than once in the membership year, it is considered a donation. Thank you.

The 2011 Calendars are currently on sale. The Membership Calendars are mailed out between Thanksgiving and New Year’s by the volunteers of the society and take approx. 4 - 6 weeks to go through the postal system. If you move, please give us your address change, otherwise you will have to purchase the calendar from our Boutique using the form in the Waybill. The United States Post Office does not forward bulk rate mail.

Membership Fees and Classes (per year):

1.	Regular Membership (one person)	$6.00
2.	Family Membership - Price of regular membership for 1 member plus $2.00 per additional person living in the same house with regular member. All are full members with only only one copy of every mailing to the family address.	$2.00
3.	Life Membership (one person)	$100.00
4.	For membership outside the U.S.A., please double the above fees. (remit U.S. currency only)

Our New England Railroad calendars will be mailed during Holiday Season to all current memberships as stated above and not necessarily presented at time of joining (while supplies last).
