ELECTION NOTICE

The polls will be open from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.

Absentee Ballots: If you are unable to come to the election of March 7, 2010, you can still vote for the 2010 – 2011 officers and directors. Members can request an absentee ballot by sending their name, address, phone number, membership card, and SASE to: Ms. Sally Avjian, Recording Secretary, c/o MVRS. P. O. Box 365486, Hyde Park, MA 02136-0009

Requests for absentee ballots must reach us no later than 10 days prior to the election, 3/7/10. The completed ballot must be returned to the Secretary sealed and postmarked no later than 48 hours prior to the election of 3/7/10. Any absentee ballot or request that fails to meet the above specifications will be ruled invalid.
